Skill Hut has launched the revolutionary online student management software that boasts of bounty of facilities, required to manage a student’s data during his entire tenure and archiving.

The online student management software includes more or less all the e-facilitation required by the college. The online student management comprises of two distinct user levels. One is the admin while the others are the cashier or users. The users are created by the admin, who provides each individual user with a unique username and password for logging in, which can be changed at their discretion. Each person is given separate accessibility based on their roles.

The student panel comprises of provision for taking admission by choosing their respective type of admission. This includes online payment mode of fees. Students can pay various other fees like fines, Character Certificate fees, Review fees, miscellaneous fees. However offline payment collection can be done from college end using the admin panel. Payment receipt with all fees breakup can be downloaded any time by login in from both admin/ Cashier and student panel. All previous payments are clearly shown in the payment query section. A student can view his/her identity but can be changed only by the college admin.

The miscellaneous fees, part-II/part-III admission, form fill-up, semester admission or any kind of admission/ Form fill up/ Fees Collection criteria can be created by the admin. Any fees head can be also created by the admin. Addition and deletion of fees-head , assignment of fees head for particular type of admission, assignment of fees including switching of admission/ form fill up can be controlled by the admin. The admin panel of online student management software also comes with the feature of modification of fees (includes adding of fines, concession or changing of any particular fees) or deletion of an admission if the student has not paid the fees yet.

A run time real time filtered report is provided to the admin or different level of users at the College end. In case of offline payment collection the report generated by the admin includes the admission taken/fees collected by all the users/cashiers which can be filtered out where an users/cashiers can only generate reports for the admission taken/fees collected by him/her. The reports can be downloaded in excel. The online student management software also includes downloading of customize attendance sheet, marking of attendance and many more.
